As a physics teacher at our company, you will be responsible for preparing stimulating lessons, analyzing student needs, strengths, and weaknesses, overseeing experiments, as well as setting and grading assessments. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, respond well to criticism, and thrive under pressure. To be successful in this role, you should be passionate about science, have a sound understanding of scientific rules and methods, and possess superb instructional skills. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding curriculum requirements and creating syllabi, lesson plans, and educational content that meet these requirements. - Analyzing the needs, strengths, and weaknesses of students to structure lessons and assessments accordingly. - Adjusting teaching methods to cater to different groups of learners. - Creating engaging lesson plans, asking frequent questions to ensure student comprehension, and reporting progress issues to the department head and parents. - Attending meetings, training sessions, workshops, conferences, and other educational initiatives. - Supervising lab sessions, delivering practical demonstrations, and accompanying students on field trips. - Providing extra support to students in need and challenging tasks to advanced students. - Staying updated on developments and research in the field to ensure relevant lessons. - Maintaining open communication between students, staff, and parents. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field. - B.Ed or equivalent teaching certification. - Proven experience in teaching secondary school physics. - Strong understanding of physics concepts and effective teaching abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in classroom management and creating an engaging learning environment.,
