The ideal candidate should possess a strong command of the English language, a solid understanding of the CBSE syllabus, and a genuine passion for teaching young learners. Candidates should have experience in developing reading, writing, and comprehension skills, while fostering a love for language and supporting the academic growth of students in grades 3 to 7.
