Job Description :

We are seeking passionate and dedicated TGT English / TGT Mathematics Teachers to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to inspire students. Candidates with leadership qualities and a growth-oriented mindset will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and effective lessons as per the curriculum.

* Assess and evaluate students’ progress through tests, assignments, and classroom participation.

* Contribute to co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

* Collaborate with colleagues to design innovative teaching methods.

* Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.

* Demonstrate leadership in managing classroom and supporting school initiatives.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the respective subject with B.Ed. (mandatory).

* Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE/ICSE & IGCSE school.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate students and peers

* Tech-savvy and open to modern teaching methodologies.

* Growth mindset and continuous learner.

* Positive attitude and team player.

* Ability to foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving among students.
