TGT English Teacher

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective English lessons aligned with the school curriculum and board guidelines (CBSE Board).
• Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum and reflect the school’s instructional philosophy.
• Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social, and emotional development of students.
• Assess students’ progress regularly through tests, assignments, and class participation.
• Maintain records of students’ academic performance and communicate progress to parents and school authorities.
• Encourage student participation in debates, elocution, creative writing, and other co-curricular activities related to language.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies and learning resources to enhance student engagement and understanding.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
• Manage student behavior in accordance with the school code of conduct and enforce discipline when necessary.
