Ability to explain difficult literary and linguistic concepts in a simplified manner. Uses a variety of teaching methods.Designs tests, quizzes, and assignments. Proficient in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and spoken and written communication.
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective English lessons aligned with the school curriculum and board guidelines (CBSE Board). Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum and reflect the school’s instructional philosophy. Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social, and emotional development of students. Assess students’ progress regularly through tests, assignments, and class participation. Maintain records of students’ academic performance and communicate progress to parents and school authorities. Encourage student participation in debates, elocution, creative writing, and other co-curricular activities related to language. Use a variety of teaching strategies and learning resources to enhance student engagement and understanding. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
