TGT English Teacher

You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for young children aged 3-5 years old. This includes planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities and lessons to enhance their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Your role will involve fostering a love for learning through play-based approaches and hands-on activities. Additionally, you will be required to monitor and assess the progress of each child and communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child's development. Collaboration with the teaching team to create a warm and inclusive classroom community will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this position include a Bachelors degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education/B.Ed/or a related field. Experience working with young children in a VI to VIII or early childhood setting is essential. Knowledge of age-appropriate teaching methods and approaches, along with qualities such as patience, empathy, and strong communication skills, are also necessary for this role.
