Role Overview: As a TGT English teacher, your primary responsibility will be to deliver subject-specific lessons to students. You will need to develop comprehensive lesson plans and create engaging educational content to effectively captivate the students. It will be crucial for you to assess the progress and performance of your students while fostering a positive learning environment in the classroom. Moreover, you will have a significant role in preparing students for board examinations, particularly for class 10. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver subject-specific lessons to students - Develop detailed lesson plans and educational content - Assess the progress and performance of students - Cultivate a positive learning atmosphere in the classroom - Prepare students thoroughly for board examinations, specifically targeting class 10 Qualification Required: - Completed 10th & 12th standard from a recognized board - Possess a Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university - Attained a minimum of 55% marks in graduation - Hold a Bachelor's of Education (B.Ed.) or an equivalent teaching qualification - Must have qualified the CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) or State TET for upper primary and secondary classes - Demonstrate proficiency in the language of instruction, typically English Please ensure that all your degrees and diplomas are from accredited institutions.
