Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum and Lesson Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans for English language and literature, ensuring they align with the school's curriculum and the needs of diverse students.
• Instruction and Delivery: Conduct engaging classroom sessions that focus on improving both written and spoken English skills, incorporating various teaching methods and potentially technology.
• Student Assessment and Feedback: Regularly evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and other assessments, providing constructive feedback to guide their learning.
• Classroom Management: Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for the English language.
• Collaboration: Work with other teachers, administrators, and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
• Parent Communication: Inform parents about their children's academic performance, behavior, and progress.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest educational trends, research, and teaching methods to continuously improve teaching practices.
• Extracurricular Involvement: Organize or participate in school-related events, activities, and subject-based competitions.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in English and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent.
• Communication: Excellent written, spoken, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computer skills and software for administrative tasks and classroom technology.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize lessons, manage time effectively, and maintain records.
• Patience and Resilience: A patient and resilient personality suited to working with students and managing the classroom.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹9,520.39 - ₹47,630.78 per month
