As an educator at our institution, your role will involve delivering subject-specific lessons to students, developing comprehensive lesson plans, and creating engaging educational content to enhance learning. You will be responsible for assessing students" progress and performance, as well as cultivating a positive and interactive learning environment in the classroom. Additionally, preparing students for board examinations, particularly for class 10, will be a key focus of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver subject-specific lessons to students. - Develop lesson plans and educational content. - Assess students" progress and performance. - Create a positive learning environment. - Prepare students for board examinations, especially class 10. Qualifications Required: - Must have passed 10th & 12th standard from a recognized board. - Possess a bachelor's degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university. - Attain a minimum of 55% marks in graduation. - Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification. - Successfully qualify the CTET or State TET for upper primary and secondary classes. - Demonstrate proficiency in the language of instruction, typically English. In addition to the qualifications mentioned above, teaching experience is considered desirable for this position. All degrees and diplomas must be obtained from recognized institutions.
