Role Overview: As someone experienced in Trade Finance Operations, you'll be handling various products like Letter of Credit, Collections, and Bank Guarantees. Depending on your eagerness to learn, there will be ample opportunities to grasp multiple products and processes. Continuous learning is a key feature in Trade Finance Operations, and our subject matter experts will ensure you receive the necessary training on the products and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Process day-to-day activities of Collections, Letter of Credit, and Bank Guarantees in the trade operation team at the Delivery Hub to meet customer service level agreements and review outstanding transactions. - Manage and ensure compliance with internal policies, audit, and regulatory requirements such as KOP, Ops manual, etc. - Support and establish a strong partnership with branch operations and sales staff. Qualification Required: - Adequate understanding of Trade-related rules and guidelines as commissioned by ICC (ICC/UCP/URC etc). - Good grasp of legal, credit, and operational risks involved in handling Trade products/services. - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. - Willingness to work flexible late-night shifts.
