As a highly creative Print Designer at Ode to Odd, you will be responsible for developing original, trend-forward prints and patterns that reflect the brand's distinctive aesthetic. Collaborating with the design and product development teams, you will translate concepts into innovative designs for apparel, accessories, and home goods. Key Responsibilities: - Create original hand-drawn prints, patterns, and graphics in alignment with Ode to Odd's brand identity. - Conduct research on trends, colors, and techniques to ensure collections remain fresh and relevant. - Collaborate with the design team to build cohesive collections that resonate with the audience. - Prepare print-ready artwork with technical accuracy and high-quality production standards. - Explore various techniques, textures, and mediums to deliver distinctive and innovative designs. - Manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. - Present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and finalize designs for production. - Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to guide design direction.
