Roles & Responsibilities Lead the merchandising process from development to delivery for international and domestic clients. Handle buyer communications, product presentations, costing sheets, sampling trackers, sample approvals, and order follow-up. Liaise and coordinate with clients, design, sampling, production, and quality teams to ensure product feasibility, cost optimization and timely execution. Manage T&A (Time & Action) calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met. Analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to advise on product development. Participate in buyer meetings, presentations, and fairs when needed. Participate in resolving production related issues, including quality defects, production delays and supply chain disruptions through effective problem-solving and communication with relevant stakeholders. Ensure compliance with client quality standards and certification requirements. Coordinate with vendors, mills, and internal departments for fabric and trim sourcing. Preferred Candidate Profile: Good knowledge of textiles and fabric construction (woven, knitted, printed, embroidered, etc.) Experience in Textile Merchandising Job (in home textiles Division is a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint and ERP software. Ready to embrace change and learn new skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle pressure with attention to detail. Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
