Textile Machinery sales

Roles:

• Drive sales for the assigned product category.
• Lead the sales team and track performance using KPIs, CRM, and weekly dashboards.
• Participate in trade shows, buyer-seller meets, and regional promotional events.
• Handle high-value negotiations, customer objections, and technical clarifications.
• Conduct competitive analysis on pricing, promotion, and product positioning to adapt strategy.
• Collaborate with the service, technical, and installation teams to ensure smooth postsales experience.
• Design and manage promotional campaigns, and customer engagement programs.
• Submit timely reports on sales funnel, closures, and market intelligence.
• Conduct fortnightly training sessions for Sales Executives to improve product and sales skills.
• Ensure full adherence to company SOPs, commercial policies, and documentation processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech in Textile Engineering or Textile Technology.
• 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in textile machinery).
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT).
• Willingness to travel across industrial zones and textile hubs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
