Job Description: Sales Executive - Textile Machinery Industry

Position: Sales Executive
Industry: Textile Machinery
Location: Odhav,Ahmedabad
Reports To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Textile Machinery Industry. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and an in-depth understanding of textile manufacturing processes and machinery. The ideal candidate will drive sales, expand the customer base, and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Identify potential clients and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Promote and sell textile machinery products to textile manufacturers, dealers, and distributors.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Regularly visit clients to gather feedback and offer solutions based on their needs.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Stay updated with market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Product Knowledge & Expertise:
  • Gain deep knowledge of our textile machinery products and their applications in the manufacturing process.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert during client interactions and product demonstrations.
  • Sales Reporting:
  • Track and report on sales metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Manager or Director.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Technical knowledge of textile machinery or a similar industry is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience in the textile machinery or manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain their benefits to clients.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
