Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate innovative design concepts that resonate with our customers, drawing inspiration from market trends, cultural influences, and customer feedback.
• Create detailed Print Files and technical packs to bring design concepts to life, iterating and refining based on customer feedback
• Research & analyse the market to monitor current fashion trends, collections, customer preferences and competitors to strengthen brand image and maintain competitive positioning against key brand-consumer targets

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Textile/ Fashion design from NIFT/NID/PEARL
• 4+ years of experience in print Design
• Openness to work from the Jaipur office, 6 days a week, Second Saturday is week-off
• Demonstrated experience in high-level aesthetics and creative ability
• Ability to create technical packages of prints and garments both
• Ability to use softwares for designing such as illustrator, corel draw, photoshop
• Hunger for learning and growth, and therefore, wants to join an early-stage startup
• Full understanding of Print Design and practical knowledge of Bulk Printing
• Knowledge of Fabrics
• Problem solving approach
