Job Description Textile Designer This position requires a thorough understanding of textile design with a minimum of 1 year's experience in an export house of home textiles Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and design soft home furnishing products such as decorative cushion covers, placemats, pot holders, kitchen towels, table linen, etc for exports - Work proficiently on computers to design and create CADs using Adobe Photoshop, etc Forecast colors, trends, and designs for export markets Understand buyer requirements, prepare samples/product development, and ensure timely completion Be a good organizer, proactive team player with an eye for detail and an even temperament - Have good command of written and spoken English Additional knowledge of Office applications like Excel, Word, and Outlook is welcome Qualifications Related Degree or diploma from any reputed institute - Strong proficiency in CAD (Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, Ned graphics software, Tex celle, etc) Contact Person Mr Sudhir - HR hr.jvs@jvsexport.com
