Role Overview: As a Business Tester at EY, you will have the opportunity to build a career tailored to your unique skills and qualities. Your responsibilities will include preparing test strategies, plans, scenarios, and scripts based on project requirements, executing functional and regression test cases, reporting defects, and ensuring their closure through the STLC process. You will also be involved in review meetings and walk-through meetings, emphasizing knowledge/experience in Guidewire Policy-Claims-BillingCenter and the Insurance domain. Experience in Agile methodology is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop test strategy, test plan, test scenario, and test scripts based on project requirements - Execute functional and regression test cases - Report defects in tracking tools and ensure closure through STLC process - Participate in review meetings and walk-through meetings - Demonstrate knowledge and experience in Guidewire Policy-Claims-BillingCenter/Insurance domain - Utilize Agile Scrum methodology effectively - Perform SQL basics and verify functionality of modules based on Functional Specification and Style guide - Write and execute Test Cases for Functional Testing - Manage Bug Reports and delivery Note details - Conduct Peer-Review of test cases, Sanity Testing, Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing - Act as a Team player with experience in Stakeholder management Qualifications Required: - BE/BTech/MCA/M.Sc. degree - 5-8 years of UAT/Business testing experience in Guidewire Policy-Claims-BillingCenter/Insurance domain with Agile methodology,
