Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

As a Home Test Ride Executive at our Retail store, you will play a vital role in providing customers with the opportunity to experience electric vehicles firsthand in the comfort of their homes or/and at the experience centre.
Coordinate and schedule home test rides for customers interested in experiencing River Indie
Conduct informative and engaging test rides, highlighting the features, performance, and advantages of Indie.
Provide detailed information about pricing, financing options, government incentives, and delivery timelines during the test ride.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback during the test ride, striving to exceed their expectations.
Maintain accurate records of test ride appointments, customer feedback, and follow-up activities using CRM software.
Collaborate with the sales team to assist customers in placing bookings or finalizing vehicle purchases after the test ride.
Participate in micro-market activations (Events at malls, apartments, etc.)

Ideal Candidate:

Graduate/Diploma
Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Regional Language..
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate customer schedules and event activities.
Valid License
