Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the testing process for Operational Processing Center (OPC) projects.
Develop and implement test cases, scripts, and procedures to ensure high-quality results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead and motivate a team of testers to achieve project goals.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of banking operations and processes.
Experience in managing and leading a team of testers.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong understanding of operational processing systems and technologies.
Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and tools.
