Test Manager

As a Test Manager, you will play a crucial role in analyzing functional requirements from BRD documentation and preparing test scenarios, plans, and execution strategies. Your responsibilities will include conducting manual and automated testing, tracking defects, managing defect workflows, and effectively communicating with stakeholders and leading a team. You should have extensive experience in Core Banking modules such as Flexcube, Finacle, T24, and TCS Bancs, along with in-depth knowledge of Retail and Corporate Banking systems.
