Test Manager

Role Overview: As a QA Engineer at Standard Chartered, you will be responsible for creating and implementing test strategies and schedules. You will have experience in SQL queries, stored procedures, and job creations, along with the ability to program in the latest tech stack. Your role will involve preparing estimates for large projects and guiding your team on testing approaches. You will need to be creative in resolving challenges during testing and be capable of making tough decisions in the interest of the project. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare closure reports, quality gate checklists, and ensure compliance with the eSDLC process. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure no adversely rated test audits - Maintain standardized JIRA processes - Adhere to the Group Code of Conduct - Focus on hygiene factors - Improve team engagement based on feedback - Maintain the right permanent vendor mix as per the bank's policy - Follow SDF templates for test deliverables - Document all RAID details in the test strategy - Deliver projects within cost, schedule, and quality parameters - Collaborate with stakeholders - Ensure regression packs are executed for system changes - Perform performance testing when necessary - Create test strategies - Guide leads and teams - Resolve testing challenges creatively - Ensure compliance with eSDLC models Qualification Required: - At least 7 years of experience as a QA engineer - Hands-on experience in test scenario designing and execution using automation frameworks - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies - Proficiency in Java, Selenium, API testing, automation frameworks, and BDD frameworks - Good verbal and written communication skills - Ability to develop and sustain client relationships - Support faster delivery through agile tools If you are looking for a challenging role as a QA Engineer at Standard Chartered, where you can contribute to driving commerce and prosperity while upholding the bank's values and commitment to diversity and inclusion, we invite you to apply for this position.,
