Test Manager Corporate Action and Trade Settlement Custody services (Technology)

As a Test Manager at TCS BaNCS custody services, your role involves defining, implementing, and managing the testing strategy for various functions such as Trade Settlement, Corporate action, Cash & Position Management, Billing, End User Reporting (EUR), and Static Data setups. You will lead test teams, manage risks, plan and execute tests, handle defect management, and ensure compliance with GCC market regulations. Additionally, you will establish reporting frameworks for test governance, providing visibility to senior stakeholders through structured dashboards and executive summaries. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement testing strategy for TCS BaNCS custody services - Lead test teams and manage risk effectively - Plan and execute tests ensuring quality delivery across various functions - Manage defect resolution process efficiently - Ensure compliance with GCC market regulations - Establish robust reporting frameworks for test governance - Provide visibility to senior stakeholders through structured dashboards and executive summaries Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role - Strong expertise in TCS BaNCS Custody platform and GCC market settlement processes - Proven experience in test strategy, governance, and reporting for complex financial systems and custody services - Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, and other test management tools - Familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards and file-based trade processing - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Exposure to automation tools and process improvement initiatives - Strong technical background with expertise in Investment banking products and all services under security services and in specific custody services - Proven proficiency in implementing and adopting cloud technologies - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Strategic thinker with a passion for technology and proven ability to lead successful service initiatives,
