Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Test Strategy & Planning : Develop and manage test strategies, plans, and schedules, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all testing scenarios in the cards and payments domain. Team Leadership : Lead and manage a QA team , delegating tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring that testing milestones are met on time. Stakeholder Coordination : Work closely with client stakeholders , ensuring alignment on testing objectives, risks, and timelines. Test Execution & Reporting : Conduct functional and regression testing , report test progress, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure smooth project delivery. Risk & Issue Management : Identify, track, and mitigate potential risks and issues in the testing process, providing timely reports to stakeholders. Mandatory Skills : Test Management experience in cards and payments projects. Expertise in functional and regression testing strategies. Proven leadership in managing QA teams and coordinating with stakeholders . Strong experience in risk management and test reporting . Desired Skills : Familiarity with testing tools to improve testing efficiency. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and report delivery. Strong background in stakeholder management to align project goals and timelines.
