Role Overview: As a Senior SAP S/4HANA Test Management Manager at McCain Foods, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA implementations and upgrades. Your role will involve defining test strategies, managing test execution, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices to maintain high-quality standards before deployment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive test strategies aligned with business requirements, system architecture, and project timelines for SAP S/4HANA projects. - Define test scope, objectives, and methodologies covering functional, integration, and performance testing ensuring full coverage. - Establish testing best practices based on industry standards like ISTQB, Agile, and DevOps. - Oversee various testing types including functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing, utilizing automation tools to streamline test execution. - Monitor test progress, identify bottlenecks, manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely fixes and revalidation. - Establish a test governance framework, define key quality metrics, perform risk-based testing assessments, and ensure security and compliance testing. - Lead onshore and offshore test teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide regular updates on testing progress and risk assessments. - Drive test automation adoption, implement CI/CD practices, explore AI/ML-driven testing solutions, and continuously refine test strategies based on industry advancements. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. - Certification: ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification is highly desirable. SAP-related certifications such as SAP S/4HANA Testing or SAP Solution Manager are a plus. - Experience: 10+ years in SAP testing and test management, focusing on SAP S/4HANA implementations in a global, multilingual roll-out model. Extensive experience in managing end-to-end SAP testing lifecycles and expertise in test automation tools. - Technical & Functional Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA modules, SAP Fiori, ABAP, SAP Solution Manager, API testing, performance testing, and security testing for SAP applications. - Soft Skills: Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.,
