Test Lead / Test Manager (Finacle)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead / Test Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience in software testing, specifically in Finacle 10. x or 11. x . The ideal candidate must have successfully led at least one Finacle upgrade or implementation project Finacle Version 10. x OR 11. x experience is must Atleast 1 Finacle upgrade or implementation program done Monitoring QA testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of assigned systems; ensuring timely and accurate test communication with Development Leads, Project Manager and Senior Management throughout the project lifecycle Assign tasks to the team members & manage workload efficiently Tracking project milestones and deliverables Keeping track of new requirements from the project Coordinate with users for inputs, review and approvals. Responsible for Metrics Measurement and Implementation Report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, defects Ensure adherence to test processes Daily Defect Discussions Managing and monitoring work of team Finacle 11x, Finacle 10x, Implemenatation, Testing
