Test Engineer (Data)

Job Description

We enable #HumanFirstDigital 3 + yr of Exp, Bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Review and understand BRDs/SRDs . Ability to transform complex Business logic into SQL or PL/SQL queries Ability to run, read from, debug batch processes. Thorough knowledge of Software Test Life Cycle, Test Case Life Cycle, Defect Life Cycle etc. Proficiency with Test Case Preparation and Execution. Extensive exposure to ETL testing with high-level of SQL skills is required. Should have exposure to large data sets and understand Data Quality Framework. Must have experience in using ETL Tool. Experience in data analysis, including profiling, auditing, balancing, and reconciliation, in an Information technology operating environment. Defect tracking experience (i.e. Jira, Spira, etc) Experience in web application testing Experience in tuning SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Views, etc for performance improvements Should be detail oriented with analytical mind set. Knowledge of data models and entity relationship diagrams.
