Test Development Manager

The Manager Software Delivery is responsible for leading software quality assurance and software development projects. In this role, you will ensure the timely delivery of customer projects by overseeing the adherence of the development and quality team to quality strategies, testing processes, and high-quality standards for all software products before release. Your strong background in software development and automation testing methodologies will be essential to meet project deliveries" functional and non-functional scope and provide leadership to the team. Your technical expertise and experience will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining the quality of Web Application and Mobile App Software Products within the Acsys portfolio. In collaboration with the Quality Assurance and Development Teams, you will focus on ensuring the usability, reliability, and quality standards of the products. Working closely with Engineers, Architects, and Customer Services, you will align customer requirements with Acsys" quality standards. Key responsibilities include analyzing test plans, test cases, reviewing automation testing deliveries, and evaluating risks. You will engage in R&D meetings with clients to understand business requirements and work with the project team to develop project plans, conduct daily scrum calls, address impediments, and ensure overall quality and timelines are met. Your technical skills should include knowledge and experience in .Net, RDBMS, DevOps environments, and automation. Key result areas involve functional and feature reviews, testing, regression, load and performance testing, GUI testing, automation testing, and ensuring the product requirements are met. You will be responsible for executing and monitoring the Testing and Development Teams, troubleshooting, reporting bugs, creating client and internal reports, and maintaining quality manuals and standards. Essential skills include a good understanding of software development and quality standards, user experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with electronics hardware/software (IoT) products. Desired skills include the ability to operate in a changing environment, effective time management, prioritization skills, clear communication of technical information to customers, and experience working with multi-cultural teams and customers. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Computer Science or Electronics, a strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies, and proficiency in test management and developing automation tools such as Selenium, Junit, and scripting.,
