Job Description

Job duties / Role: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide QA solution expertise. Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical workshops. Analyse client requirements and propose appropriate QA tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Create and deliver compelling presentations and technical documentation. Assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs with detailed QA solution proposals. Stay updated on industry trends, QA tools, and best practices. Support transition from presales to delivery by ensuring knowledge transfer and alignment. Collaborate with clients to understand their testing needs and business goals. Evaluate and recommend testing tools and technologies. Lead test automation initiatives and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines. Conduct assessments of existing QA processes and suggest improvements. Provide training and mentorship to client teams on testing best practices. Prepare and deliver technical documentation, reports, and presentations. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Required Skills 10-15 years of experience in software testing, including test automation, QA consulting and presales solutioning Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (Agile, DevOps, Shift-left, etc.). Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, JIRA, Jenkins, etc. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliverables.
