Test / Automation Engineer

You have an exciting opportunity as a Test/Automation Engineer with a focus on designing, building, and maintaining an automation framework for testing global systems in the finance sector. With 8-10 years of experience, you will play a key role in managing, monitoring, and enhancing the infrastructure while developing custom tools to increase engineering productivity. Collaboration with the team is essential to define the automation book of work and deliver efficiencies via test automation. You will interact with various stakeholders across the bank, including international locations, to ensure compliance with test strategy, testing standards, templates, and test plans. Desired Expertise: - 8-10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a testing role within the finance sector, preferably in Prime Brokerage & Swaps - Proven track record in functional and Automation testing for accuracy, suitability, interoperability, functionality, and accessibility - Experience with non-functional testing for security, reliability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability - Familiarity with modern automation frameworks and regression testing - Knowledge of at least one modern programming language is a plus - Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this role Location: Pune Number of Positions: 5 Work Mode: 3 days Work From Office (WFO) Skills Required: - Test strategy - Testing standards - Templates - Test plans,
