Must have skills : Selenium, No Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Test Automation Engineer, you will transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. You will evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve implementing quality processes, utilizing automation tools, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of testing. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Implement quality processes to ensure efficient and accurate testing. Utilize automation tools to improve control and integrity of testing. Develop and execute test scripts and scenarios. Identify and report defects and issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality engineering. Assist in the development and maintenance of test environments. Provide recommendations for process improvements. Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Train and mentor junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Selenium. Experience with test automation frameworks and tools. Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python. Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery processes. Good To Have Skills:Experience with performance testing tools. Recommendation:Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Selenium. This position is based at our Mumbai office. A 15 years full time education is required.
