Territory Sales Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Dealer & Distributor Network Development

• Identify, appoint, and manage dealers and distributors in assigned territory.
  
• Strengthen existing dealer relationships and ensure product availability & visibility.
  

2. Sales Achievement

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per company plan.
  
• Drive secondary and primary sales growth consistently.
  

3. Market Expansion

• Explore new potential markets, counterpoints, and customer segments.
  
• Conduct regular field visits to track competitor activity and market trends.
  

4. Product Promotion & Branding

• Ensure proper display, branding, POP material placement at dealer counters.
  
• Conduct painter meets, contractor meets, and influencer engagement activities.
  

5. Payment & Credit Management

• Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers.
  
• Monitor credit limits, outstanding, and maintain healthy financial discipline.
  

6. Reporting & Coordination

• Submit daily sales reports, beat plans, and market feedback to seniors.
  
• Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and management for smooth operations.
  

7. Customer Support & Relationship Management

• Provide after-sales support and resolve product/service issues promptly.
  
• Build strong long-term relations with dealers, influencers, and end customers.
