Vishandas Hobs and Hoods is a Bangalore-based distribution business dealing in premium kitchen appliances and interior solutions. We work with a network of dealers, retailers and industry professionals to bring quality products and trusted brands to customers.

We are looking for an energetic and commercially driven Dealer Sales Executive to strengthen our dealer network and drive sales growth across Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit existing dealers regularly to maintain relationships and generate repeat business.
• Identify and onboard new dealers to expand our distribution network.
• Generate sales orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Promote products, new launches, dealer schemes and promotional offers.
• Follow up on quotations, pending orders, outstanding payments and collections.
• Understand dealer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Coordinate with the internal team on stock availability, billing, dispatches and delivery schedules.
• Monitor competitor activities, market pricing and sales opportunities.
• Maintain a daily record of dealer visits, orders, follow-ups and market feedback.
• Develop long-term dealer relationships to increase business and territory coverage.

What We’re Looking For

• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• A confident, outgoing personality with a willingness to travel across Bangalore.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation and selling skills.
• A target-oriented attitude and willingness to take ownership of results.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Freshers with the right attitude are welcome; prior field sales experience is an advantage.
• A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.

Compensation & Growth

• Fixed salary of ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience.
