Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a defined territory to achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing accounts, and increase revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, operations) to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales decisions and optimize performance.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or related field (solar energy industry preferred).
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications/diplomas an asset.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through excellent relationship-building skills.
Aware about BTL activities and lead generation
