Territory Sales Manager

Envertiz Consultancy is hiring an experienced Territory Sales Manager on behalf of our partner, a leading industrial products company in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. If you have a strong background in industrial sales across abrasives, automotive consumables, tools, or adhesives and a proven track record of building dealer and distributor networks, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and customer relationships across the assigned territory
• Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and customers to expand the network
• Increase market share and expand the customer base within the assigned territory
• Implement pricing strategies, promotional activities, and sales schemes
• Monitor payment collections and maintain credit discipline
• Analyse competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma
• 5–8 years of experience in industrial sales
• Experience in abrasives, automotive consumables, tools, or adhesives preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong territory management and distributor handling skills
