Job Summary

Crave Craft Food & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to manage sales operations, develop distribution networks, and drive business growth within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, distributor management experience, and the ability to lead field sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Manage and develop relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
• Appoint new distributors and expand market coverage.
• Lead, guide, and monitor Territory Sales Executives and field sales representatives.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and sales growth.
• Implement company sales schemes, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor distributor stock, sales performance, collections, and outstanding payments.
• Track competitor activities, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and provide regular updates to the Area Sales Manager.
• Ensure effective execution of company policies and sales strategies.
• Develop plans to improve outlet coverage, distribution, and market penetration.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales; food and beverage experience is preferred.
• Experience in distributor handling, retail sales, and territory management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage field operations independently.
• Good knowledge of the local market and distribution channels.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Candidate

A self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record in FMCG sales, distributor development, market expansion, and team coordination.
