Territory Sales Manager - Vegetable Seeds

The position requires a minimum qualification of MBA/M. Sc. in Agri or B. Sc. in Agri or Any Graduate with 4 to 6 years of experience in Seeds or Chemical industry. You will be responsible for achieving the sales target of your territory. This includes monitoring daily stock liquidation from distributor and retailer points for low sales return. You will need to conduct Farmer meetings, Crop shows, Jeep campaigns, Demos, and other Demand Generation activities. Additionally, you will monitor the daily work of MDOs and work alongside them, setting tour plans, focus villages, products, and retailers. Training the MDOs for their job is also a key aspect of this role under the Sunhera Bhavishya Program. Channel management will be a crucial part of your responsibilities, ensuring proper service to Retailers and Distributors, solving their problems, and adding new retailers for business growth. Micro and macro planning for Sales and DG activities in your territory is required. Building relationships with State Govt officials, Universities, and other company employees is essential. Product trials will also be conducted. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to prepare PowerPoint presentations, have the ability to ride a motorcycle, and be willing to engage in extensive touring. Prior knowledge in seed marketing processes, computer proficiency, a liking for working in rural setups, problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and readiness to relocate are also necessary.,
