No. of Vacancies: - Location : Giridih Min Qualification : MBA/M.Sc. Ag/B.Sc. Ag/Any Graduate Experience : 4 to 6 Years of Experience in Seeds or Chemical Job Description : To achieve the sales target. To set the MDOs tour plan, focus villages, focus products and focus retailers . Conduct effective farmer meetings. To train the MDOs for their job. To conduct trials Monitor daily, the liquidation of stock from distributor and retailers’ point. Skills Set : Excellent Communication Skills. Good Negotiation Skills. Prior Knowledge in seed marketing process. Like working in a rural setup. Can work as a part of Team.
