Role & responsibilities

 Achieving the Budged Network Target against the monthly commitment .

 Identify the New Markets & Scope of expansion in each geographic.

 Network expansion with lowest cost - Analysis of Cost reduction Plan & Connectivity

 Sales tactics and implementation Plan.

 Identifying New product line and implementation.

 Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets

 Generating of Business Intelligence report & monitoring it closely on the basis of market scenario.

 Franchisees Sales performance analysis - Product wise / Location Wise / Area Wise.

 Sales business plan for each assigned channel partner based on market.

 Action plan for how to increase the sales from existing Franchisee.

 Provide feedback to the Channel team and the Business partners for the purpose of improving business.Analyzing potential sales opportunities

 Identifying Industry Trends and Challenges.

 Introduce new unique product or service and innovative strategies.

 Focus more on operation/process improvement, innovation, and bottom-line results

 Monitoring of Franchisee Service Level - Maintaining Service Level.

 New BA Trainings / Periodical Trainings for Sales Support and product/New Software/SOP Trainings.

 Motivating Area/ Territory Managers and other team members to work with commitment and achieving our target.

 Monitoring TR Collection Status

 Monitoring BA Application Process and Code Creation

 Monitoring CP Agreements and Renewal

 Analyzing Franchisees Sales and Operation Performance

 Monitoring Franchisee Closing process

 Franchise Branding
