Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Stainless Steel Water Tanks Openings in Location: Coimbatore, Erode, Trichy, Madurai Responsibilities: 1. Drive primary and secondary sales for Stainless Steel Tanks in your the assigned areas. 2. Preserve and uphold the brand name of our Stainless Steel Water Tanks in the designated regions. 3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the water tank industry. 5. Identify new business opportunities and potential customers to expand market reach. 6. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities. 7. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. 8. Train and motivate the dealer sales team to enhance their performance and productivity. 9. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support product launches and promotional activities. 10. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction to maintain long-term relationships with clients. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building material including tiles, sanitary and related industry. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. 4. Excellent understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. 7. Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality service. 8. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 9. Valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation.
