As a Frontline Sales Associate at Goodyear, your role is to be the primary point of contact for channel partners in the replacement sales vertical. You will be responsible for achieving agreed sales and profitability targets within your assigned sales area, both by acquiring new business and by maintaining and growing business from existing customers. Additionally, you will be expected to handle problems, overcome obstacles, and effectively represent the brand. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide appropriate and agreed levels of contact, service, and support to ensure sales targets are met. - Plan, execute, and report on sales activities in the assigned sales area. - Demonstrate expert knowledge on the features and benefits of available products/services and support channel partners in issue resolution. - Adhere to company policies/procedures regarding personal conduct and HSE standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations. - Identify, plan, and develop new customers in alignment with business development plans/targets. - Identify business opportunities, pinpoint and resolve existing/potential problems. - Proactively communicate the required sales support level to line managers and coordinate the implementation of defined activities. - Deliver periodic progress reports and submit recommendations for improvements in the marketplace approach. - Monitor sales against agreed targets regularly to ensure they are met, identifying and implementing remedial actions as needed. **Qualifications Required:** - Prior experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. - Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of tire products/services is a plus.
