Role Description

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Proven Sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a territory or regional role.
Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and after-sales support.
Training and coaching abilities to guide channel partners, sales staff, or retailers on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Sales Management skills, including territory planning, pipeline management, and performance monitoring.
Ability to work on-site in Nandyal and travel within the territory as needed.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency with MS Office or similar tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Any Degree or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or a related industry is an advantage.
