• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and support clients effectively.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to achieve targets, manage pipelines, and grow the territory.
• Experience in Training team members or partners on products, processes, and best practices.
• Background in B2B sales, preferably in food, hospitality, or logistics sectors.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, conduct frequent field visits, and manage time efficiently.
• Comfort with using CRM tools and basic data analysis for reporting and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Resilience, negotiation skills, and a focus on ethical, customer-centric selling.
• Team handling 7+ sales POC , Team hiring, training & mentoring Task allocation & performance monitoring Motivation & incentive planning Daily review, weekly review meetings Conflict management.
• Lead generation & cold calling Consultative selling & solution pitching Negotiation & closing deals Understanding of B2B sales cycle (long cycle handling)CRM - Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot
