Job Description

As an integral part of the Ormco team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, managing, and retaining revenue-generating opportunities for the organization. Your role will involve strategically and tactically driving sales and support for all product and service lines. You will oversee the entire process from lead validation to product and services delivery, collaborating with marketing, customer service, operations, and delivery providers to ensure the highest level of supply chain management for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include driving sales in the assigned territory by engaging customers in meaningful conversations to create demand for Ormco products. You will work towards achieving assigned sales targets, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. Additionally, you will map the potential of the territory, identify and develop new Key Opinion Leaders, and build sustainable relationships with them. Collaboration with channel partners on sales operations and customer service will also be a crucial aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you should hold a BDS/B.Pharm/B.Eng./B.Sc. degree (Post-Graduation in Management preferred) and have at least 5-7 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing, with 2-3 years specifically in the Medical Devices/Dental Industry.
