Job Description

As a Sales Representative for the Automotive Aftermarket & Abrasive Segment in Gujarat, your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage sales within the assigned territory. You will be expected to build and nurture relationships with customers in the automotive aftermarket and abrasive industries, ultimately contributing to the company's growth by achieving sales targets. Your insights and feedback on the market will be crucial in assisting the company with strategic planning. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in sales, specifically within the abrasives or related industries. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to work autonomously and effectively manage client relationships. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires you to work during the day shift and morning shift. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket is required for this role, and proficiency in English is preferred. Given the nature of the job, you should be willing to travel extensively, with 75% travel being a mandatory requirement. The work location will be in-person, necessitating your presence in Gujarat.,
