Territory Sales Executive

Job Description: Territory Sales Manager (TSE)

Location: Dhenkanal, Orissa
Salary: 3 LPA
Experience: 1-3 years in Sales & Marketing within the Banking or Payments Bank sector

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Distribution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets. Focus on expanding market reach and boosting customer acquisition.
• Channel Sales: Manage and optimize relationships with channel partners and distributors. Ensure effective communication and execution of sales strategies through these channels.
• Customer Engagement: Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Address any customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Adjust sales strategies based on insights gathered.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales performance regularly, offering insights and recommendations to enhance results.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Participate in promotional activities and initiatives to drive sales growth.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years in Sales & Marketing, particularly within the Banking or Payments Bank industry.
• Skills:
• Expertise in sales and distribution.
• Proven experience in channel sales management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical abilities to interpret market data and trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
