Driven by Kemin’s spirit of "Compelled by Curiosity," the Territory Sales Executive supports channel partnerships and commodity sales, contributing to market expansion and customer success. This entry-level role focuses on building relationships, executing sales strategies, supporting channel partners, and learning industry dynamics through structured performance tracking, training, and engagement initiatives.
This role is for Kemin Food Technology Business Unit which is into plant-based extracts, antioxidants, and antimicrobials, we provide shelf-life, flavor & color, and food safety solutions. Simply put at Kemin, we know how to keep food: Fresher, Safer, Longer.

In collaboration with the Leadership team, provide strategic directions for Kemin Food Technologies Asia to achieve the business unit leading and lagging indicators. Additional responsibilities may be discussed based on specific business needs and priorities.
Core Competencies:
· Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales forecasting tools, and other relevant software.· Fluency in English is essential with proficiency in one or more Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Hindi, Japanese) is highly advantageous.
Decision Making & Freedom to Act: This position has a matrix reporting structure to the Regional Sales Manager, Kemin Food Technologies South Asia. It is a “hands-on” position with significant autonomy, breadth, and flexibility to exceed expectations.
Working Conditions: The position will remotely and is expected to spend ~50% travelling. The position is considered 48 hours per week and requires tremendous flexibility as a customer-facing role.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
