Agrow Limited is a rural retailing company that provides comprehensive solutions for farmers' agricultural needs. With a unique business model, Agrow offers a variety of agri inputs under one roof, along with nearly 5000 FMCG items for rural customers. The company also offers implement rental and fuel retailing services. Agrow currently operates 6 retail outlets in Pakistan and plans to expand to 100 outlets, with an aggressive expansion plan for 2011.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Territory Manager/Sales Territory Manager, located in Depalpur. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing the sales territory, developing and maintaining customer relationships, overseeing customer service, and training sales teams. The individual will also implement sales strategies and ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficient in Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience in Training sales teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting
  • Experience in the agricultural sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
