Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager - Bancassurance located in Ludhiana. The Territory Manager - Bancassurance will be responsible for driving sales operations, developing business plans, managing customer service, and fostering communication between bank partners and clients. Daily tasks include attending meetings with bank partners, providing training to team, analyzing sales performance, and formulating strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the insurance or banking industry is a plus
