Territory Business Manager - Quantus - Nagpur

As a TBM ASC at Abbott, a global healthcare leader dedicated to helping individuals lead fuller lives at all stages of life, your role will involve achieving division-wise primary targets equal to or greater than secondary targets. It will be essential to generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share, while ensuring zero cases of expiry on Stockist shelves through timely stock liquidation via prescription generation. In addition, you will be responsible for timely sharing of competitor and market information with the ABM and Division, as well as building relationships with customers and Stockists through regular visits as per defined frequency. Prioritizing and meeting with doctors appropriately, leveraging managerial, marketing, and support functions, planning and monitoring new product introductions, stocking, and sales progress will also be key aspects of your role. You will need to provide timely information about new products to Stockists, report daily field work in the assigned online system, organize Camps (CME) as per division strategy and customer needs, and generate Purchase Orders (POBs) for Abbott brands according to the business plan. To excel in this position, you should have at least 2+ years of experience in a similar role. However, freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered. The required qualifications include a B.Sc. or B.Pharma degree.
