Role Overview: As a Term Insurance Consultant at our client's leading fintech & wealth-tech platform, you will play a crucial role in helping customers secure their financial future. This position involves a combination of sales and advisory responsibilities, where you will consult clients on suitable products, establish trust, and ensure a seamless digital-first buying experience. This role is ideal for individuals looking to thrive in a dynamic fintech setting and develop expertise in financial protection. Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end sales of term insurance products, focusing on achieving strong conversions. - Analyze customer needs to recommend personalized protection plans tailored to their requirements. - Establish trust with clients, address queries and objections effectively, and close sales efficiently. - Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth policy issuance process. - Consistently surpass monthly sales and revenue targets. Qualifications Required: - 6 months to 4 years of experience in term insurance sales, preferably in Direct or Broking companies. - Possess excellent communication and persuasion skills. - Ability to explain financial products in a simple and consultative manner. - Strong customer-centric approach with a proven track record in building relationships. - Basic knowledge of computers and proficiency in Excel.
